Really good Boutique Hotel Experience
generous upgrade thoughtful design really good hospitality
My stay featured a complimentary upgrade from a Superior Room to a Junior Suite. The suite offered ample space, a thoughtful design. a comfortable bed. The location proved central for exploration, yet quiet for restful evenings. A nearby supermarket staying open late and a café offering French cuisine further enhanced the experience. The staff displayed really good hospitality.
The room size was smaller than anticipated, a bit difficult to accommodate luggage efficiently.

Breakfast included a sufficient array of options. Fresh pastries and fruit were available. The dining area provided ample seating. it maintained a clean environment. Service was prompt and attentive during breakfast hours.

The staff provided exemplary service from arrival to departure! Reception readily addressed inquiries with professionalism. Concierge offered helpful directions and recommendations regarding local attractions, also nearby restaurants.

The hotel offered complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. The lobby had comfortable seating and provided complimentary coffee! A small fitness center included several cardio machines plus free weights.

charming stay
friendly staff soundproofed room great location
The staff was friendly. the room was soundproofed. the air conditioning worked perfectly. i slept great each night. the location was fantastic. i enjoyed the proximity to restaurants. access to the metro was easy. the shower was awesome. I loved the water pressure.

the location MET my expectations, offering convenient access to nearby shops.
The room size WAS unacceptable. It barely accommodated my luggage. the lack of proper ventilation resulted in a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

Decent Location, Some Cleanliness Issues
dirty floors unclean coffee cup
The location was fairly convenient for seeing the sights.
The room could have been cleaner. I noticed my coffee cup remained uncleaned (even with coffee still in it) for the duration of my 3-night stay. The floors were also dirty. I saw nuts that stayed there for three days. I did report the issues to reception.
